By way of background I am a Financial Accountant and I have worked within the financial sector for many years with corporate organisations such as British Bankers Association and American Express UK Investment House.
I have always had a passion for property and with this in mind, I took a big risk and quit my job to pursue my ambition; turning my part time hobby into a full time passion!
From that passion My Cosy Homes was birthed I am now proud to present our services to you!
As well as being accredited private Landlords, My Cosy Homes is a well-established, family run Property Management Company.
Our experience and professionalism combined with our extensive local knowledge ensures that we provide a service that is second to none! We work with local businesses to house their professional employees and we specialise in placing professional and corporate tenants in high-quality boutique shared houses (HMOs).
We also take on properties and manage them on the behalf of the landlord so they no longer have to deal directly with tenants. The accommodation that we provide are designed specifically for professionals seeking a room to rent on individual assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
Our ethos and mission statement is based on traditional family values. We aim to improve our client’s lifestyle by providing a high quality boutique living experience, giving you the freedom to spend time with the people you love, doing the things you love.
